Parts support

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by brand, supplier, part type, and invoice terms.

Warranty basics

Many parts include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Coverage, duration, and remedy vary by part and brand. Please keep your invoice because warranty support requires proof of purchase.

What warranties usually cover

Warranty review generally applies to defects in the part itself, subject to manufacturer or supplier approval. If approved, the usual remedy is replacement or supplier-authorized credit for the part.

What warranties usually do not cover

  • Labor, towing, diagnostics, rental vehicle, fluids, shop supplies, downtime, or incidental costs.
  • Improper installation, misuse, modifications, collision damage, contamination, overheating, electrical faults, or failure caused by another vehicle issue.
  • Parts installed on the wrong vehicle or application.

Warranty claim steps

  1. Call or text us with your invoice and part number.
  2. Provide vehicle details, installation date, mileage, and issue description.
  3. Bring the part in only after we confirm the supplier process.
